Make sure you get some rest
I usually try to keep my weekends free for leisure and time off but I don’t think I’ll be able to do that this weekend. There’s just too many things on my to do list.
This isn’t sustainable, I’m aware of that, I need to do a better job of organizing my time, especially since this happens a few times a year, or at least usually around this time of year. There’s just too much going on!
I’m not sure if I could really blame myself for the amount of things happening, but I can at least blame myself for not preparing things sooner. That’s why you really should do things as soon as you can, as I said yesterday for example with the drafting of ideas as soon as possible.
Anyway, it’ll be an early night for me tonight. Need to rest up!
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Hi, I’m Tim Bunting AKA the Kiwi Yamabushi, a New Zealander who became a Yamabushi Ascetic in the Dewa Sanzan mountains of north Japan. I’m part of the Yamabushido team, and we host life-altering Yamabushi training on the Dewa Sanzan (website link). People come to us for the ultimate mindfulness experience, to reach the next level, or simply connect with nature and themselves.
I’m on a mission to summit all 100 Famous Mountains of Yamagata Prefecture to spread the splendour of this fabulous location, and in dedication to all those who lost their lives out in nature, including my father.
On my daily blog I post thoughts of a practicing Yamabushi that I hope people can use to better themselves and live as fulfilling a life as possible.
