Make the most of your five minutes

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

Five minutes is such a short part of your day if you think about it. And five minutes a day can be all it takes to achieve that goal you’ve been putting off for years.

If you want to make lasting change, do something that contributes to that change daily, no matter how small. We sometimes forget how even five minutes of something everyday adds up.

If you get in the habit of doing something at the same time every day, say when you wake up, you get into a streak and it becomes a habit that is easier to maintain.

Even if you just promise yourself you’ll do five minutes, sometimes you feel motivated to do more, and that’s when the magic happens.

Just make sure that what you are doing is at least somewhat challenging. Make sure that you are stretching yourself, make sure you make the most of your five minutes.
