Minimal viable practice

If you’re wanting to pick up a new habit or custom, try making it a rule that you do at least something about it every day, however small, a minimal viable practice if you may. If you allow yourself irregular or too many rest days, it can take you off track, but with daily practice you can build streaks that over time build into habits and customs.
