Out of practice

When you’re out of practice, don’t be so hard on yourself to get back in practice. Of course you should demand the best from yourself, but I’m not sure you should expect it. Get into the rhythm a bit by warming-up with exercises that help you practice the core competencies, and help you get back into the flow.

The flow comes from doing the practice, so do the practice without thinking too much about where you’re at your best or not.
