Practice makes perfect

I was doing a bit of video editing today. I posted a video to the Yamabushido YouTube the other day, but this time I’m making it for my own channel. I’ve never done this before, but it feels like when I learned how to make websites.

After thinking about making videos for years now, for some reason (bad excuse after bad excuse) I never got round to it. I think I was embarrassed about not being able to make the sort of quality other people can, but if you think about it, that’s how it should be.

People don’t start out with the ability to do things like make videos. It takes practice, and the more you can do, the better you’ll be. So when you start something new, try and do as much of it as possible in as short amount of time as possible. It helps if you dedicate time to it, and if you have a goal or thing you want to express too, or at least some sort of vision.
