The guaranteed way to grow

Always give your best, no matter where you are on the ladder. This is especially true if you’re near the bottom. Anything else, and you miss valuable opportunities to develop and grow.

Those opportunities are so much bigger when you’re near the bottom of the ladder.

You may not feel it in the moment, but you will definitely be glad you put in the reps. You will definitely be glad you put in your best effort.

Having put in the reps is such a crucial part in developing any skill. You really notice this if you can see an example of your previous best effort.

Your previous best effort is often laughable. Never let this stop you from putting in the reps, at your best, though!
