‘Should I practice today?’ Versus ‘What should I practice today?’

When you practice something daily, the question changes from 'should I practice today' to 'what should I practice today?' By having a default that means you practice no matter what, you increase your chances of getting in some worthwhile practice for that day. Should I exercise today? becomes What should I exercise today? Should I blog today? becomes What should I blog today? Which one do you think is more motivational?
