Shoulders in

A tip for Misogi cold water rituals

In regards to Misogi cold water ablutions, going all in is the best way to do it. Well, shoulders in at the very least. First, you don’t look like a fool, not that that really matters. But this way sure is easier. Fighting the cold is a fool’s game. You’re going to have to get in there anyway. Don’t fight it. Get your shoulders in the water.
