Sport and games

I have a friend who states that he doesn't like sport. He sees it as useless back and forth (but he also loves games, which I consider a sport, I think he means like rugby, soccer and stuff). Anyway, it's obvious that he wasn't very good at sport, otherwise you probably wouldn't say this. If you're somewhat good at sport, you can appreciate it for what it is, a way to test and implement strategy against other teams or individuals. That's why I love both playing and watching sport. If it's something harmless like touch rugby or soccer, I love to play it (is soccer harmless?), and I love to watch rugby for the different styles of play clashing and the different strategies involved.
