Stay on track

Some people bring back memories of not so good times, or times when you were treated unfairly and it puts your head in a spin. Well, that's how I'm feeling right now. I know that with time I will get over it, and I'm constantly trying to remind myself to focus on my own mission, to make a positive impact, but when someone who has mistreated you is in the frame, it can be hard to stay positive. My best tip for this situation would be to just talk as little as necessary, bite your upper lip, and let time take its course, as difficult as that is.
