Staying up late is the new drinking

Staying up late is the new drinking, for me at least. I used to hate waking up hungover. It completely obliterated what for me is the best part of the day, the early morning. Now the same thing happens if I stay up too late. No devices but tv after 6pm works wonders. But if I make an exception and it keeps me up late, it ruins a lot of the next day.

In other words, I’m rueing having stayed up late last night. Mainly because the weather today is just so glorious, it would have been great to get outside in the early morning hours. That’s a very good incentive for me to continue not looking at my phone late into the night!
