The more you have to grow

"If you’re down, all that it means is that you can jump back higher than before."

For interview practice I asked a student of mine someone they admire and why. His answer was his grandmother, simply because she said this to him when he was disappointed in himself and feeling down. This was a great lesson for him, and I think it can be a lesson for all of us too.

The lower you go, the more you have to gain. And the more you have to grow.
