The tweaking never stops

The tweaking never stops.

You set up a system and have it in place, but there is no such thing as a perfect system. Therefore, periodic review is a must.

If you can have a set way of doing things, but a set way that demands periodic review, then that’s a good way of going about things.

Systemic but with systemic review, so to speak.

This works well with things like the process of translation jobs, or managing other projects as it allows you to do the work while also looking for potential improvements.

Then it’s a matter of tweaking until you find what works, and then simply tweaking and tweaking some more when your needs are not met.
