Think nothing of it

Think nothing of it. No matter what it is. Once we put significant meaning on something, we react in sometimes unhelpful ways. Best to try not to think about something and wait until the original feelings simmer out somewhat before reacting.

So, when something happens and our first instinct is to react, don’t. Think nothing of it, and wait until you have a deeper understanding of the implications. Once you have this understanding, you can react in a positive way.
