What can you do now?

Focus on that

What’s right in front of you? What’s possible with what you have at hand?

Do that.

Push other things out of your mind. Don’t give them the light of day.

If things become too much, prioritising what’s at hand becomes all the more important. Take stock of what’s needed, take a step back, and do what’s necessary.
