What do you do when you know you’re in a funk?

Focus on Emotions, Decisions, and Actions.

When we’re going through a funk, it can be easy to get emotional, and go a little bit out of control.

This only goes to compound the funk.

Best to focus on daily habits that help you get back to normal as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, be extra cognisant of your emotions, decisions, and actions. As much as possible, give yourself positive feedback. At the same time, limit yourself to actions and decisions that you would only ever do under normal circumstances.

Trust in the process, and trust that it is just a phase that will soon pass.

Let the funk deal with itself.
