Where you left off

Is where I take over

Maintaining the habit, however small, not only means you get something done, it means you get it done well. When there are gaps in practice, when you haven’t quite been yourself, it shows. You make sloppy mistakes, and sometimes costly ones too.

There’s more at stake than you’d expect when it comes to skipping. You have to make sure that skipping is only a one off, or not enough to stop the flow. Otherwise simple costly mistakes show up that completely stall the movement if you’re not careful.

Pick up something where you left off. Don’t make yourself have to start over.
