Accept and Release

The in breath is acceptance, the out breath release.

When you have a frequent practice such as yoga or anything that helps you focus on your breath, it makes it much easier to be cognisant of whether you’re tense or not. When you’re used to actively relaxing your body, you start to notice when your body is tense, and you can also tap into the powers of yoga and the like that allows you to release the tension.

Check yourself right now, are you tense? If so, can you allow yourself to relax?

No judgment. No blame. Just accept the tension, then release it.

The in breath is acceptance, the out breath release.
