Bring your ideas

When you're working on a project with other people, prepare your ideas in advance and bring them with you if you are the leader or in a position of influence. Once you have something to work off, it makes it easier for the others to get involved. However, you have to make sure that your plan is still in the draft stage and leave room for interpretation. This has to be clear from the outset so you can best take in the opinions and ideas of others. Your idea may be dismissed entirely, and that's fine, you have to be open to that possibility.
