Decision Fatigue and Regret

Best Avoided.

If you don’t feel it’s worth it, then it’s not. You’ll only beat yourself up over it in future, so give up before you waste any more time on it. There, decision made and decision fatigue avoided.

The thing is, the opposite is also true. If you feel compelled to do something, do it. Not because you feel compelled to do it, although that is a good enough reason, but because you will regret having not done it, and this one stings much more.
