Just keep turning up

multicolored bontainer

The daily grind is real, although amongst all the setbacks, if you keep turning up, there are bound to be wins, no matter how small. Today I was very humbled to be featured on JNTO UK's 'Postcards from Japan' series of people living in Japan. This means that there are indeed people out there interested in what I am doing, and it helps keep me motivated to turn up each day.

I intend to keep making content like the 100 Famous Mountains of Yamagata Project and this blog for two main reasons; first is to help put this area on the map, it's just too beautiful a place to not feature, and second because I enjoy making this stuff. Especially with video creation I am learning a lot, and I do feel that my writing is getting better, and I am trying to build a resource that is useful for anyone interested in life in northern Japan, yamabushi, and travel to off the beaten path places in Japan. You just have to keep turning up.
