Staying in the game

Yoga starts after you’re in the pose

Getting into the pose is only the start. Staying in it is when the real work begins.

It’s all fun and games until you hit the wall. But if you can learn to love the wall, love the challenge it gives you, and the opportunities for growth, then staying in the pose isn’t that hard at all.
