Why to err on the side of action

Yet another reason why you should err on the side of action is that it helps take your mind off things. If you just sit around, your mind has a way of making you think too much, but that can be counteracted by taking action, any action. Therefore, it helps to have some sort of project or thing to work on no matter what.
