Every moment a fresh start: the best start to now

The only thing we have is here, now, self. The past is the past and just a memory by now, and the future equally doesn’t exist. So all that we have is what’s right in front of us. And that’s why it’s important to make the most of the now.

If you think of every moment as a fresh start, there’s nothing you can’t do. Forget your baggage from the past, forget your anxiety about the future, and focus on getting the best start to now that you possibly can. Every moment a fresh start.
