If you’re not a creator, you’re a consumer

Humans have one special ability that computers will never be able to do, and that is the ability to come up with ideas. Sure computers can come up with songs and news articles, but that’s all rehashing things that have come before. No, humans have the ability to come up with new ideas.

As humans, it is our job to make use of these ideas. It is our job to put these ideas into action through creation. These ideas do not belong to us anyway, they belong to the universe.

In other words, we are all vessels of creation. And if you think otherwise, you’re wrong, and what’s worse, that means you’re just a consumer. Take your creativity and put it into the world, everyday. Don’t just consume.
