Beans from Guatemala. Bought at Espresso Aube in Nikaho. Extracted using Nel Drip.

First instinct: they taste great! I shouldn't have looked at the label and should have tried to guess, but it wasn't overly acidic and what the hell, I need a chart to help me 🙂 the label said apple and caramel, and I could taste the apple, if it were Granny Smith that is.
