Make it casual

anonymous snowboarder standing on snowy mountain peak

If you’re wanting to make a habit out of something, don’t make a big fuss about it. Make it as easy to do as possible, no frills, and make it a casual normal part of your day. This can be hard to do with new experiences that excite you, and you can still feel excited about it, but if you want it to be everlasting, make it casual.
